Additionally, if you plan to sell your home, Arizona law also requires homeowners to provide a list of all remodeling and repairs that have been done to the home with or without appropriate permitting.
Permits provide documentation of work that was performed and record who completed the work. This allows home buyers to have confidence in the safety of the home they are purchasing.
